Great to meet you!

I have been practicing in the counseling field for over 10 years and have worked in various levels of care both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. In that time, I have worked with individuals, couples and families to help facilitate healing and growth. We all face challenges at times. I can provide a safe environment for you to discuss your experience freely while utilizing evidence based interventions to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I completed my graduate level education in a Humanistic Psychology program. At its core, this approach is client centered and focused on the human experience. While I rely heavily on the training I have received since then in terms of specific treatment modalities (CBT, EMDR, Grief Recovery, etc.), I continue to practice with these core values by honoring the individual’s experience.

What you can expect from me

At the outset of treatment, we will discuss your goals and objectives. Using that information and possible treatment strategies I will outline in these early sessions, we will work together to create a treatment plan that is both effective and tailored to your specific wants and needs.
