Great to meet you!

I completed my education at Southern Illinois University & Lindenwood University and am currently a Doctoral student at Walden University. After relocating to the greater St. Louis, MO area I worked at the Director of Clinical Services for Center Pointe Hospital until I decided to venture into private practice.

I am also a United States Air Force veteran having served four years on active duty.

My approach to therapy

I’m warm, yet direct, and love working with people who are ready to make lasting changes. My style is interactive and I’m not afraid to get in the trenches with you and talk about anything you need to get off your chest.

What you can expect from me

  1. Understand that change will not happen overnight. While many of my first-time clients tell me that they feel better immediately following their first session.
  2. Understand that being honest with yourself and your therapist will help you get the results that you’re looking for. Be authentic with your therapist. If they don’t know the truth about what’s going on, time will be wasted and you may not see much change.
