Great to meet you!

I strive to be genuine and inspiring in my approach to guiding you toward clarity and confidence in your life and relationships. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and my graduate degree is in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression and OCD and who have endured trauma. I also can include counseling from a Christian perspective, if the client would like.

My approach to therapy

When working with clients, I focus on how best to use and grow their positive traits, celebrating even the small victories, guiding the client to healthier coping mechanisms, and learning how to successfully navigate life's challenges by determining their truth in each situation.

What you can expect from me

A safe and non-judgmental setting is the type of environment I hope to create for clients. We will start with prioritizing your goals for counseling so that you can achieve the desired outcome that you initially came to counseling for and we will revisit those goals periodically to keep the healing process on track.
