Great to meet you!

I specialize in working only with young women ages 18–33 who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma-related challenges. My approach is focused on the present moment, using practical tools and evidence-based strategies that help you feel better and achieve your therapy goals. Together, we’ll create meaningful, lasting change so you can rediscover happiness and confidence in your life. Sessions with me feel like talking to a supportive mentor in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can be your true self. Many of my clients share that they look forward to therapy because they feel truly understood, leave calmer, and walk away with strategies to handle life’s challenges in all areas of their lives.

My approach to therapy

I offer support to young women navigating everyday challenges like self-confidence, finding direction, relationships, career choices, identity struggles, and healing from past traumatic events. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck, I’m here to offer guidance, understanding, and practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Seeking help can feel overwhelming. In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, open conversation where we’ll explore what brought you to counseling and what you hope to achieve. It’s a chance for us to see if we're a good fit and start building a comfortable, trusting connection, setting the foundation for your journey ahead.
