Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been in practice for 4 years. I graduated from Saint Edward's University with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental health Counseling. I work with female clients and specialize in late adolescence and early adulthood. I believe this period in life is a key time of exploration, reflection on the things we learned growing up, and the beginning of uncovering the values we hope will begin to shape our future.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm and nurturing presence to the therapy room, but I believe that there is also a place for humor and tiktok references. My goal is to be as authentic as possible, in hopes that it makes it easier for my clients to show up in this way as well. I believe in asking the hard and direct questions, and sometimes offer tough love, but also believe in being a safe place for clients to feel they can truly be honest and open without fear of judgement.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to leave sessions feeling that they have a better understanding of who they are, what they value in the world, and a clearer vision of how to become an active participant in their own life. My goal is to help clients build capacity within themselves so that they feel confident to face life's biggest challenges. Therapy is not about stopping the bad stuff from happening, but becoming a person who can withstand hard moments and face them head on.
