Great to meet you!

"I am a caring and empathetic therapist. I have experience with adults, adolescents, and older children. I have over 20 year’s experience working in the field. I am an excellent listener and offer a solution focused approach to working with my client’s. I also have experience working with couple’s and families. I have a background in addiction and helping families with addiction problems."

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a client centered approach and focus on the need’s of a client. Some people need a place to vent and express themselves. Where other’s may need help managing their thoughts and feelings. I use cognitive behavioral methods, DBT, and supportive therapy. I suggest relaxation techniques and ways to help decrease anxiety and stress through mindfulness meditation, grounding techniques etc.
