Great to meet you!

Hi! Everyone wants to feel their best. Sometimes our current life stress or our past experiences make that very difficult. I am here to help as a guide and resource on the journey to feeling better. You're worthy of happiness and peace!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship between the client (you) and the therapist (me). Together we build goals and a treatment plan that is unique to you and your lived experiences,

What you can expect from our first session

We will build goals together, in an environment of mutual respect, trust and understanding.

Much of the work will be done outside of sessions and checking in to see how it's working. Open communication is important, you will never hurt my feelings! Therapy is for you-so you drive the bus.
