Great to meet you!

I’m not your average therapist. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and real. I don’t believe in “fixing” you — because you’re not broken. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and understanding your story in a new way.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on exploring your inner world with curiosity and compassion. I help people understand their emotional patterns, make sense of self-doubt, and gently shift what no longer serves them. Therapy with me focuses on reconnection—to your feelings, your relationships, and the parts of you that haven’t had space to breathe.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, the focus is on getting to know you — your experiences, your challenges, and what you hope to get out of therapy. We’ll take the time to build a sense of safety and trust, so you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. I’ll ask questions to understand your story and the patterns or struggles that brought you here, but this is not an interrogation — it’s a conversation. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and a sense of direction for next steps. Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling heard, seen, and understood.
