My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative and patient-focused. I work closely with patients to understand their treatment goals and I partner with them in developing a informed treatment plan.

I offer clear, expert recommendations based on clinical evidence while respecting my patient’s preferences. For those who are interested, I integrate complementary and integrative approaches alongside traditional psychiatric treatments with the aim to support both mental and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

A diagnostic evaluation includes history taking, discussing current symptoms, and goal setting. We do this to set my patients up for success!
