I earned my Masters in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, with further studies in Applied Behavioral Analysis. I have experience in providing psychotherapy, substance abuse counseling and applied behavioral analysis. My experience transitions across the lifespan. I have proficiency with: anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, and stress-related issues. I utilize various treatment models to achieve therapeutic goals, challenges are seen from different perspectives.

I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe space where the emphasis is on how best to support you. I use an existential approach focused on finding meaning in experiences, as well as finding freedom from what has been holding you back from living authentically; to gain mind and body wellness.
