Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you! I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, separation/divorce, life transitions and grief and loss.

I received my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Boston University and have a Certificate in Trauma and a Certificate in Grief and Loss.

I enjoy and welcome working with all races, religions, sexual orientations, and/or gender identifications.

My approach to therapy

I like to work collaboratively with my clients. I believe it is your life and your choice on how you want to live your life. I am here to support you to make decisions that are best and healthiest for you.

I am open minded and non-judgmental. I will be curious about you. I am hopeful that you gain insight, self-compassion, and understanding for yourself while learning new skills to manage stress, anxiety and/or trauma.

What you can expect from me

As humans, I believe we are all perfectly imperfect. Life is a journey where are constantly growing, learn, and healing. I hope you will learn self-love, self-compassion, and strength. My life mantra is eat well, sleep well, move your body and work to build healthy relationships.
