Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults who feel stuck in anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion find clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of themselves. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally struggle with stress, relationship difficulties, loss, or feeling disconnected from who they truly are. With over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist in Washington, I provide a collaborative, active approach where you do not have to navigate things alone. I help clients understand their emotional patterns, build self-trust, and develop practical tools that create lasting change.

I specialize in helping adults experiencing anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I help clients understand why they feel the way they do, break unhelpful patterns, and develop tools that create lasting emotional stability, confidence, and clarity in their daily lives.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you have been carrying things on your own. You deserve a space where you feel understood and supported. I provide a calm, compassionate environment where we can work together to help you feel more grounded and confident. If you feel ready, I welcome you to reach out.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel both supported and actively engaged in the process. In our work together, we will look at patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping you feeling stuck, while also developing strategies that help you respond to challenges in healthier ways.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches depending on each client’s needs, including cognitive and insight-oriented techniques. I also bring specialized experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image concerns. My goal is to help clients build greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence so they can move forward with a stronger sense of stability and direction.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to begin understanding what has been weighing on you and what you hope will feel different in your life. I will ask some questions about your current concerns, your background, and any patterns you may have noticed in your thoughts, emotions, or relationships.

There is no expectation to share everything immediately. The focus is simply on starting the conversation and helping you feel comfortable in the space. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying areas we can focus on together and discuss what the next steps in therapy might look like.
