Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have several years of experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's degree in counseling. I have worked in clinical settings, including community mental health and private practice, since 2007.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is genuine, warm, and affirming. I specialize in treating survivors of trauma, mood disorders, and general life stress. My practice is client-centered and holistic, integrating several modalities to tailor counseling to meet the needs of each individual client.

What you can expect from our first session

My intention is to offer a warm environment where clients can set and work toward the goals they want to achieve. This work together is aimed at supporting each client in creating the life they want.
