Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Allison Quinones, LCSW living in Austin, TX. I treat anxiety, depression, and specialize in spiritual abuse and religious trauma. I have been in practice treating adults since 2019 and previously worked for a non-profit in the public school system providing counseling and support to students, teacher and families. I earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Texas State University 2013.

My approach to therapy

With a background in social work, I take a whole-person approach, looking at how all parts of your life impact the current issue. I bring a warm and personable dynamic to sessions that are collaborative with the client. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and bring knowledge of how approach healing with a mind and body approach. I specialize in treating religious abuse and spiritual trauma, along with generalized anxiety, depression and trauma. View my website for more information.
