My approach to therapy
For children I utilize an eclectic style of play based interventions as well as learning coping tools. I provide a space for children and adults to process feelings. For adults I utilize a variety of modalities including CBT and client centered therapy.
What you can expect from me
Your first session will be an intake session where we review your background history and goals for therapy. This will be an opportunity to share about yourself and what you'd like to focus on in therapy. I ask a variety of questions and will work to create a safe and warm environment for you.
