Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I've had the privilege of supporting teens and young adults in both therapeutic and school-based settings. I help clients navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, and the pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on practical coping skills, self-compassion, and celebrating the small wins. I believe therapy is a place where you can feel supported, gain confidence, and discover that some of your best days are still ahead.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you better understand yourself, build practical coping skills, and navigate life's challenges. Together, we'll celebrate the small wins, practice giving yourself grace, and work toward meaningful, lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin developing a plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
