Great to meet you!

I've been working in the mental health field for nearly two decades, first as a school counselor and then as a licensed therapist. I believe it's vital to hear each client's story with empathy and compassion, and to provide them with the tools they need to help themselves.

My approach to therapy

In my practice I use a variety of counseling techniques to help my clients, and tailor my approach to suit their needs. I provide a combination of compassionate listening and practical tools for clients to help themselves. I am happy to consult with psychiatrists, family practitioners, or schools.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is your opportunity to tell your story. You will have my undivided attention as you share your history, and your reasons for coming to therapy. We will talk about your goals and what next steps will look like. This is your time to get the care and help you deserve.
