I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Dakota who has a passion for assisting individuals reclaim their life and discover who they are meant to be. Seeking help can be daunting and unnerving so I am glad just to be considered in assisting you. I provider services for adolescent and adults, 13 years of age and older, on a virtual outpatient basis. My services include assistance with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, family issues, self-esteem, sleep issues, and stress management.

I strive to meet my clients where they are at by utilizing a client-centered approach. These are your goals, and I am simply here to assist you in achieving them. In treatment we will utilize evidence-based modalities to include, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Strength-Based to meet your goals.
