Welcome to Allison Sherman Counseling. I look forward to working with you and helping you develop the tools you need to live the life you deserve to live. I have over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults and families. I specialize in grief, trauma, behavioral issues, parenting/family issues, custody counseling, anxiety, and depression. I believe that everyone has the ability to live a happy and balanced life. I am here to guide you on your journey and help you confront maladaptive thought patterns in order to correct negative thought patterns, improve feelings, and live a life that allows you to feel empowered and fulfilled.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. I prefer EMDR, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
