Great to meet you!

As a dynamic professional, I am dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and communities. My work has always centered around support, empowerment, and resilience—whether in therapeutic, educational, or healthcare settings. I’m certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based approach that helps people build practical skills to manage emotions, reduce stress, improve relationships, and cope with life’s challenges. I often combine DBT with other approaches to create a treatment plan that’s tailored to your unique needs.

I bring extensive experience providing therapeutic interventions for children facing challenges such as abuse, neglect, and trauma. Working closely with families and other professionals, I create personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices to nurture emotional healing, growth, and resilience. My goal is always to empower children and families to overcome obstacles and build brighter futures.

You don’t have to go through this alone. My mission is to create a healing space rooted in empathy, authenticity, and transformation. Together, we’ll work on creating positive change and building the tools you need for a brighter future. If this sounds like the support you’re looking for, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

About Me

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re a child navigating trauma, a young adult adjusting to major life transitions, or an adult carrying the weight of stress, anxiety, or past experiences. My passion lies in walking alongside people of all ages, helping them heal, grow, and discover resilience. I believe every individual has the strength within them to overcome challenges, and my role is to provide the tools, guidance, and compassionate support to make that possible.

In my work with children and families, I specialize in supporting those facing tough circumstances such as trauma, abuse, or neglect. I use evidence-based approaches to create personalized treatment plans that nurture emotional healing, strengthen family bonds, and empower both kids and caregivers.

With young adults, I often focus on transitions, identity, self-esteem, and stress management. College, career decisions, and relationships can bring unique pressures, and I strive to create a safe space where young adults feel supported as they find clarity and confidence.

For adults, my work often centers on navigating stress, anxiety, trauma recovery, or life challenges. I draw on a strengths-based and collaborative approach, helping individuals process their experiences, build coping skills, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

I also recognize that external factors—like financial stress, instability, or systemic barriers—can weigh heavily on mental health. My background in financial education and advocacy gives me a unique perspective on how practical struggles impact emotional well-being, and I integrate that understanding into therapy to support the whole person.

What you can expect from me
