Great to meet you!

Since elementary school, I've been driven to become a therapist, drawn to helping others individually and mediating peer conflicts. After SUNY Oswego, where I studied Human Development and Social Interaction, I pursued Mental Health Counseling at CUNY Baruch College. With internship experience and empathy, I started my career early, supporting adults with anxiety, self-esteem, communication, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I blend Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to support adults dealing with negative self-talk, life changes, relationship issues, and imposter syndrome. My approach fosters collaboration, empowering you to understand and manage your concerns with tailored tools for growth in feelings, relationships, communication, and self-worth.

What you can expect from me

Therapy offers comfort and healing through an outside perspective. I use a collaborative approach to tackle anxious thoughts, overthinking, and negative feelings. I encourage applying session insights to daily life for self-understanding and skill integration tailored to your needs. My aim is to create a safe, empathetic space for achieving goals and fostering lasting skills.
