As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 11 years of experience, I specialize in treating first responders as well as women navigating fertility, maternal, and women's health concerns. I value authenticity and strive to create a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My style is supportive and collaborative, but direct when needed. My role is to help you gain insight, build on your strengths, and develop the tools necessary to move toward the goals that matter most to you.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet clients where they are within a framework of Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused therapy while respecting their unique values, strengths, and readiness for change.
