Great to meet you!

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of problems. In my private practice, I strive to provide a confidential and comfortable environment, where clients overcome a variety of challenges. I work hard to help clients build on strengths they already have and help them attain the personal growth they wish to see and are committed to working on.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral therapy, with solution-focused interventions that bring about insight for lasting change. My ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job. I want my clients to learn how to navigate life’s challenges and provide them with the tools they may need in order to move through transitions that accompany life.

What you can expect from our first session

I understand that scheduling and coming to therapy can bring about a variety of feelings, including anxiety and stress. In order to help ease some of those concerns, you can expect the following:

  • You’ll schedule your first consultation session and fill out the documents that are sent to you. I will review your information and contact you if I need any other information.
  • We will spend the first session ensuring I am a good fit for the goals you have for yourself.
