Welcome! I'm a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 7 years of prescribing experience. I specialize in tailoring an individualized combination of medication therapy and holistic approaches to help you navigate a rapidly changing world with confidence and clarity.

Our first visit is introductory. I will generally refill non-controlled medications at this time if you've been stable on them previously. If you want to, we can dive deeper in your mental, physical, or spiritual health. We look at nutritional and lifestyle interventions to optimize your metabolic health. Besides getting your machine running well, we can also explore your life situations from the perspective of your Higher Power through the lens of your religious or spiritual orientation.
