Great to meet you!

As a board-certified licensed professional counselor, my only goal as a therapist is to help my clients live their best lives. I have worked with all ages, but recently, I have shifted my focus to adolescents, adults, families, and couples with an array of concerns. I enjoy assisting my clients in designing the life of their choosing. I believe with the right therapeutic tools, individuals, families, and couples can live a wholesome life.

My approach to therapy

The client determines how the sessions flow and which approach I use. For this reason, it is important to me to have an eclectic approach to therapy. I enjoy using CBT, DBT, EMDR, but can also use a person-centered approach. I believe in honesty, transparency, and clear goals, which can strengthen the therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

Each session starts with a check-in that gives me insight into how things have been going, followed by asking the client what they would like to focus on for their session. From there, the client and I work together to process their concerns while learning grounding and soothing exercises.
