Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to manage things like ADHD, PMDD, or hormone-related changes, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I know how much life can demand—balancing work, relationships, family, and everything in between can leave very little space to actually slow down and check in with yourself.

I work with adults and couples, and I really value creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and easy to show up in. My style is laid-back and genuine, and I care a lot about building a strong, collaborative connection so therapy feels helpful—not intimidating.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, which just means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I pull from different approaches depending on what fits you best, including Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, CBT, and ACT.

At the core of my work is helping you better understand yourself—your patterns, your emotions, your relationships—so that change feels meaningful and sustainable. Whether we’re working on communication, reducing anxiety, or processing deeper emotional experiences, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready for.

You can expect me to meet you with compassion and curiosity, and to create a space where all parts of you are welcome. By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel heard, a little more grounded, and have a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
