Great to meet you!

Teens- I have 11 years of experience providing therapy to children, pre-teens, and teens, also in the school setting. I have a deep understanding of the stressors and struggles today's youth face. I am equipped to provide tangible solutions to reduce your difficulties with a warm and understanding approach. I am a big advocate of this generation! I specialize in family stress, school stress, body image, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

Twenties-I have extensive experience working with young adults in community mental health settings and specialize in supporting clients through workplace stress, burnout, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, major life transitions, and breakups. I understand how meaningful and formative this decade can be as you figure out who you are, what you want, and how to build a life that fits you. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate this season with confidence, peace, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

I utilize the therapeutic relationship to help you understand and navigate tough emotions. I use education to help you better understand your mental health, and techniques that give you tangible coping skills for when those tough emotions come up.
