Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Ally, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I specialize in helping teens, young adults and high achieving women who feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck. Together, we focus on calming the nervous system, navigating life transitions, and building capacity so you can feel grounded, confident and healthy. My goal is to create a steady, safe space where you can grow, process, and move forward in your life while honoring your values.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a relational and collaborative way, meaning our relationship is central to the healing process. My style is supportive yet straightforward, blending evidence-based approaches like ACT and CBT with a strong focus on nervous system regulation and somatic work. Many of my clients find that learning how to regulate their nervous system helps them feel more capable and resilient outside of sessions. I enjoy helping high-achieving young adults and professionals navigate anxiety, stress, and burnout, and I tailor therapy to fit each client’s unique needs. Additionally, I am EMDR-trained, which allows me to offer deeper trauma-focused care when needed.

What you can expect from me

Sessions with me are a mix of reflection, skill-building, and genuine connection. You can expect to walk away with insight, as well as practical tools. My hope is that you not stop at only gaining insight into why you feel the way you do, but also build confidence in your ability to shift patterns and create real change in your life. Clients often describe feeling more confident, less overwhelmed and more capable of handling life stressors after our time together.
