Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Allyiah Daniels, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from Tarleton State University, class of 2018. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in various settings, including crisis centers, schools, and hospitals. These diverse experiences have shaped my holistic approach to therapy, where I believe in serving your whole self and meeting you exactly where you are on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety and stress management, adult ADHD, self-esteem issues, domestic violence, women's issues, POC issues, and unhealthy boundaries. Whether you're navigating life transitions or dealing with multicultural and diversity issues, I'm here to support you. I genuinely enjoy learning from and about others, and I strive to embrace life's full spectrum. Just like flowers that continue to bloom when nurtured and cared for, I believe that with the right support, you can thrive and live your best life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will get to know you and what it is that you are wanting to grow from or into. We will explore the specific challenges you’re facing. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get the feel for if I will be the best therapist to support your journey.
