Great to meet you!

I identify as a disabled trauma specialist & liberation-oriented therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Chicago with over 10 years experience working with folks who experience serious mental health symptoms, co-occurring substance use, and chronic physical health conditions.

I offer free consultations with additional follow-up providing educational, advocacy, & care resources at no cost to prospective clients & any persons seeking no-cost assistance to overcome healthcare barriers.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to client-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive therapy practices such as neurodivergent affirming care, housing-first, gender affirming care, anti-racism, anti-colonialism, disability justice, and harm-reduction. My career has centered on education, advocacy, and collaborative care with people of intersecting marginalized identities.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect sessions to center on and affirm their lived experiences, needs, and empowerment of their identities, abilities, and bodies. My in-session practices aim to support client healing through treatment which builds strong therapeutic alliances, appreciates each client's inherent worth & value, as well as raise client capacity for self-advocacy and fortification of their relational, communal, and other contextual ties.
