Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker. I graduated from Portland State University in 2011. I have 10 years of experience in the health field.

Therapy does not have to be confusing or intimidating! Everyone deserves to tell their story to someone who will listen with an unbiased, caring and professional perspective.

Whether it’s reducing stress and anxiety, navigating relationships, or getting perspective on something that doesn’t feel right, we will name and resolve issues together.

I offer individual therapy to adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, or difficulties that can come with significant life changes. I can also help address effects of trauma, identity issues, and impacts of neurocognitive issues.

I use cognitive and behavioral therapy. I also use a systems approach to better understand the context of your concerns. We may use a solution focused approach to find actionable steps to manage challenges. Our sessions are tailored to you.

First and foremost, you can expect unbiased care in therapy with me.

In our first session together, we will do an assessment so I can better understand how to help.

Each session thereafter will be tailored to you and focused on what you want to focus on. You will walk away feeling heard and as though you have a safe space to offload difficult thoughts and feelings. Eventually, you may develop new insights about how to manage difficulties we discussed.
