Allysa Wachholder

Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents and adults who are in need of emotional support and strategies to manage difficult circumstances in their life.

I also work in a special education school setting where I assist children in understanding their emotions, as well as, developing appropriate social skills and coping strategies.

I use a compassionate person centered approach that caters to each individual's specific needs. I use mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapy strategies, as well.

My goal is to provide a warm, empathetic environment where you feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings. I hope to assist you in developing the tools needed to navigate the difficult times in your life.
