Great to meet you!

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field,

including clinical work in school-based and outpatient settings. Brings a relatable millennial

perspective, balancing empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based practice. Passionate about

supporting adults, teens, adolescents, and school-aged children through life’s challenges in a compassionate and meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

Provides support to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, behavioral

challenges, and life stressors that impact daily functioning and relationships. Uses a trauma-

informed, client-centered, and practical approach, incorporating CBT, person-centered, and

strength-based strategies. Believes in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe,

judgment-free space where growth, confidence, and healing can take place.

What you can expect from me

The goal of the first session is for clients to feel heard, respected, and supported, and to leave with a clearer understanding of the therapeutic process and a sense of hope and direction moving forward. The initial session is an opportunity to discuss what brings them to therapy, current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment at a pace that feels comfortable. First session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space focused on getting to know them as a whole person.
