Great to meet you!

I bring six years of experience working with individuals across a variety of settings and life stages, along with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. My background has allowed me to support clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges.

I work with individuals who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps, as well as those simply looking to better understand themselves and grow. I tailor my approach to meet each person where they are, drawing from evidence based practices while maintaining a supportive, collaborative space.

I value creating an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself, where you can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to help you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach that blends evidence-based techniques with a humanistic, person centered focus. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward growth and balance.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I will ask some questions about what’s bringing you in, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you; there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood as we begin to identify what you need moving forward.

If you do not see an appointment time that meets your needs, reach out, and I will try to accommodate.
