Whatever you are going through, I’m here to help. I know choosing to start therapy is a big decision and can feel a little scary but I aim to make you feel comfortable and I’ll be there for you every step of the way.

When I work with clients I usually use the Cognitive Behavioral approach which means I tend to focus on problem solving and bringing about positive changes in their lives by altering the way they think about things. Sometime people can get caught up in thought patterns that aren’t really helping them so changing learned thought patterns can help them change their perspective.
