Great to meet you!

Therapy is a bridge to helping others achieve emotional peace in their life. I am dedicated to serving underrepresented communities through individualized treatment. I obtained my Master's degree in Social Work from Stockton University learning how to effectively support clients clinically with cultural competence. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have the experience to be an unbiased, supportive listener. My passion for therapy stems from empathy, understanding, and compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a client, you are the expert of your life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma from an eclectic approach to make treatment unique to your needs. My experience in working with children, adolescence, and adults gave me the ability to mold treatment modalities for various ages, symptoms, and client goals.

What you can expect from our first session

The idea of therapy can be intimidating, but my goal is to provide an emotionally safe space for clients. It is essential you feel comfortable in sessions in order to vent and release feelings that feel heavy. Together, we can process, explore, and then construct a version of yourself that you are proud of.
