Great to meet you!

Current availability: Monday- Thursday, 8am-4pm (online). If your mind feels like it never fully shuts off- constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling mentally exhausted, you’re not alone. I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who feel burnt out, stuck, or anxious despite doing their best to manage everything life brings their way. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt, people pleasing, indecision, or navigating big life transitions. I also support clients in understanding patterns around money, including spending, avoidance, and financial stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, and insight-focused. I provide a supportive space where you feel heard while also gently challenging you to grow. Together, we explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to manage stress and anxiety in a way that aligns with your goals.

I am a board-certified Art Therapist, so in addition to traditional talk therapy can incorporate creative practices when helpful. In addition, I have experience supporting body image/eating concerns and am HAES aligned. If any of this resonated with you, feel free to reach out or book an appointment through my website. Looking forward to meeting you!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what’s bringing you to therapy right now. We’ll talk about your goals, past experiences, and what you’re hoping to change or better understand. You can expect a welcoming, low-pressure conversation where you feel heard and supported, as well as clarity around how therapy can help and what our work together may look like moving forward.
