Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in life transitions, depression, anxiety, and self-image — with a particular passion for working with young adults and college students. I love helping people feel seen, heard, and valued, and I believe we have real power to make meaningful changes in our lives. When things feel out of our control, I'm here to help you work through that too.

My approach to therapy

I use Solution-Focused therapy to make problems feel manageable, and draw on CBT and DBT techniques to bring real symptom relief. As a client-centered, Humanistic therapist, I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a source of healing. I customize every session to you — your priorities, your pace, and what you find most useful — and I always welcome your feedback on what's working.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to make your first session feel as comfortable as possible. I'll ask what brought you to therapy right now and learn a little about your daily routine and how you've been taking care of yourself. You can expect a kind, non-judgmental space where you can say out loud the things you may have only thought — and leave feeling genuinely heard.
