Great to meet you!

I became a mental health provider because people I love didn't get the care they deserved. They weren't listened to, they were rushed through appointments, and the help they received felt generic rather than personal. I wanted to be part of the solution. I specialize in supporting people navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and I am committed to making sure every person I work with feels truly seen and heard as an individual. Outside of the office, I spend time hiking and walking in the park with my rescue pup, and tending to my garden. Those slower moments remind me of the value of being present, something I bring into every session.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, strength-based approach to care. When we are struggling, it is easy to forget what we are already doing right, so I start there. Together, we take stock of your strengths and build on them, rather than focusing only on what feels broken. I believe people do not need to be fixed; they need to be partnered with. I work as an active listener who meets you where you are, and together we create a path forward that is shaped by your goals, your values, and what actually works for your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be met with genuine curiosity and no judgment. Our first session is about getting to know you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. I want to understand what you are already doing well, what has and hasn't worked for you in the past, and what you are hoping to build toward. Many of the people I work with have felt overlooked or offered one-size-fits-all solutions before. My goal from day one is for you to leave feeling like someone finally listened, and that the path we are building together is truly yours.
