It's nice to meet you! I have 10 years of experience providing therapy to children, pre-teens, and teens, also in the school setting. I have a deep understanding of the stressors and struggles today's youth face. I am equipped to provide tangible solutions to reduce your difficulties with a warm and understanding approach. I am a big advocate of this generation! I specialize in family stress, school stress, body image, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

I utilize the therapeutic relationship to help you understand and navigate tough emotions. I use education to help you better understand your mental health, and techniques that give you tangible coping skills for when those tough emotions come up.
