Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know you don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin. I’m a licensed mental health therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and professional stress. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, grounded presence and my ability to balance compassion with honesty. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be real without pressure, judgment, or the need to “perform.”

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and solution-focused. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should honor your lived experience, values, and strengths. At the same time, I help you identify practical steps forward so that therapy feels meaningful and productive. We will spend time understanding your story, but we will also focus on building tools, increasing clarity, and creating change that feels sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect thoughtful questions, genuine curiosity, and collaboration. We’ll explore what brings you in, what feels most pressing, and what you hope will feel different. You won’t be rushed, but you also won’t feel lost in the process. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
