Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families across mental health, education, and community-based settings. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, which provides me with a unique understanding of emotional wellness across the lifespan.

My clinical experience includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, emotional dysregulation, and concerns related to self-esteem and personal growth. I also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and holistic. I believe each person brings unique experiences, strengths, values, and needs to therapy.

For clients who desire it, faith and spirituality can also be incorporated into our work. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, explore what may be keeping you stuck, and work toward greater healing, confidence, peace, and emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
