Great to meet you!

I studied Social Work in both Undergrad and Graduate school, specializing in Alcohol and Drug Addiction. I have worked in outpatient/inpatient treatment, hospital/public health, and private practice. I consider myself neuro-affirming, trauma-informed and holistic. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ population as well as providing gender affirming support. I especially enjoy working with parents navigating stressors related to parenting children with a disability. I am also EMDR trained.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy in a down-to-earth, curious, and intentional way. It is my goal for you to feel safe and go at a pace that best suites you. My approach may vary based on your goals and needs; I am comfortable being direct and challenging, as well as warm and gentle.

What you can expect from me

It's my goal for every client to leave each session feeling valued and heard. I truly believe that we all have inherit worth and I take great care in creating a space where all who step in, know and feel that they are enough. Some sessions you may gain new skills, some you may gain new perspective and insight, but bottom line I want you to hear that you have value.
