Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker based in New Jersey who works with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, autism, OCD, trauma, identity exploration, and the challenges of living in systems that often were not designed with them in mind.

I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming care and work particularly well with clients who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, chronically overthinking, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients have spent years masking, intellectualizing, or feeling like they are "too much" or somehow missing the rules everyone else seems to understand.

My background includes therapy, behavioral health, and community-based services, which helps me look not only at what is happening internally, but also at the environments, expectations, and systems shaping your experience.

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, affirming, and focused on meaningful change. You do not need to over-explain yourself to be understood here.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming, and tailored to the individual rather than based on a one-size-fits-all model.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, ERP, trauma-informed care, and systems-aware work depending on your needs. I also draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, somatic, and humanistic approaches when helpful.

I tend to balance warmth with honesty. That means therapy with me may involve insight, practical skill-building, pattern recognition, emotional processing, and direct conversations about what may be keeping you stuck.

I pay close attention to the interaction between identity, environment, expectations, stress, executive functioning, and lived experience. My goal is not to force productivity or overwhelm, but to support sustainable growth that actually fits your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brings you in, and beginning to identify what support would actually be helpful.

We will talk through your current concerns, relevant background, patterns you may already notice, and what you hope therapy will help with. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly organized story or clear answers.

My goal in the first session is for you to feel understood, comfortable, and clearer about whether working together feels like a good fit.
