Great to meet you!

When we go to therapy, we want someone we can connect with — someone who understands our culture, our story, and the challenges we face as women. As a first-generation bilingual therapist and a mother myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle parenting, career, relationships, and daily stress. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, valued, and never judged.

My approach to therapy

Clients describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate. I tailor each session to your unique needs, honoring your roots, values, and experiences. My approach is collaborative and empathetic — I’ll walk alongside you as we explore your story and build practical tools that make life feel more manageable. I’m especially passionate about serving women and the Spanish-speaking community, helping clients feel truly seen and supported.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where your voice matters and your challenges are taken seriously. Together, we’ll work through stress, transitions, or the weight of daily responsibilities, focusing on your strengths and goals. My hope is that you leave each session feeling lighter, more grounded, and more confident in the life you’re building.
