Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Alma, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I completed my graduate degree at CSUSB with a focus in Clinical Psychology. Since graduating I have worked in various environments. Primarily, with couples, families and individuals as an addiction specialist.

My approach to therapy

Personally, I focus on promoting mental health wellness, independence, and personal growth. In session, my approach is an integrative/eclectic approach, as I believe therapy should be tailored and meet the individual where they are at.

What you can expect from me

I strive to make sessions a safe space for each individual, to me, that means allowing the client to set the tone. In session, you can expect me to be my authentic self and create space for a trusting therapeutic dynamic.
