Great to meet you!

Welcome to my page! I work with people of all ages, including individuals, families, teens, and young adults, with a special love for supporting adolescents, women, and the Hispanic population. My passion is helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, especially when those experiences have been carried silently for years.

Some of my clients come from multicultural or Spanish-speaking households where emotional expression was not encouraged. I understand these cultural nuances deeply, including the ways machismo, generational expectations, and family dynamics can create pressure, silence, and emotional disconnection. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your teenager or a loved one, I am here to help you release pain that has been held in the body and mind for too long.

My approach to therapy

I believe that trauma often lives underneath the symptoms we see on the surface, which is why I take a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. My sessions offer a safe place to open up, unpack experiences you may have never shared, and begin to feel that weight lift. I support clients in identifying patterns, exploring family systems, and reconnecting with parts of themselves that were ignored or minimized. As a bilingual therapist, I also understand how powerful it is to process emotions in your native language. Whether in English or Spanish, we will work together to untangle fear, stress, shame, and old narratives so you can feel more grounded, empowered, and understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting will feel like a warm conversation. I want to understand what brought you here, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will change. You can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin exploring how trauma, stress, or old beliefs may be impacting your relationships, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. I’ll offer guidance, coping tools, and a space where you can be honest without judgment. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, supported, and not alone.

A bit about me personally I was born and raised in California to Mexican parents, and Spanish is my first language. I’m a mom of two young kids, a lover of reading (especially self-growth books — I’m always happy to recommend some), and I find peace in hiking and adventure. I’m a bit of a thrill-seeker at heart. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
