Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years of experience helping people break unhealthy patterns, heal from trauma, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and blends evidence-based therapy with somatic practices, creative expression, and a touch of the mystical. I work with clients who are ready to explore healing beyond traditional talk therapy through practices like breathwork, guided visualization, parts work, movement, and expressive arts. I believe healing is sacred, messy, and nonlinear, requiring both compassion and personal accountability. I welcome people of all identities who are ready to do deep, authentic work and embrace transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends traditional therapeutic practices with a deeper, more intuitive understanding of healing. I honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit—creating space for reflection, grounding, and emotional clarity.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions about your history, current concerns, and strengths so I can better understand your unique experiences and needs. Together, we'll begin identifying goals, discuss what our work may look like, and start creating a treatment roadmap that feels collaborative and meaningful. My hope is that you'll leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
