I have 19 years of experience as a psychotherapist working in community mental health services.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is direct and respectful, and I am trained in various treatment modalities and will work with you to determine the strategy that best fits your needs. I seek to understand you, your goals, needs, and the challenges you face. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you figure out what works for you and want to achieve through counseling.

What you can expect from our first session

Going to therapy demands vulnerability, and I want to offer you a compassionate space where you can identify what you need to live an intentional, fulfilling life. The therapeutic relationship is essential for good outcomes. I invite you to schedule an appointment with me to begin taking steps towards the person you were meant to be. I offer a brief complimentary consultation and look forward to connecting with you.
