Great to meet you!

As a PTSD survivor and a bereaved mother, I understand both personally and professionally the connection between positive, validating support and the healing process. Building a rapport and therapeutic alliance is the most important part of all counseling relationships. I have extensive training and experience in the areas of trauma and grief techniques and I will use an emotionally safe, non judgmental approach to guide you on your journey towards healing.

My approach to therapy

In our first session, we will talk about what has and has not worked for you in therapy in the past. I want to be open to your experiences with therapy, and with you develop a plan that addresses all of your needs and concerns. Moving forward my goal is for you to feel safe and be heard.

What you can expect from me

I want to help create a safe and friendly, non judgement environment where your experiences can be validated.
